Where to Ride Your Workout: Platform Import Guide
Structured workouts created on CT Yeh can be used in Zwift, MyWhoosh, Hammerhead Karoo, ROUVY and on Garmin head units. This page covers the actual import steps, supported formats and limitations for each platform.

Drop the .zwo file into Zwift's workout folder — it syncs to every device on your account, including iPad and Apple TV.
- Download the
.zwofile from the workout builder. - Windows: open
Documents\Zwift\Workouts\; macOS:~/Documents/Zwift/Workouts/. - Enter the numbered folder (your Zwift ID; pick the one with the most files if there are several).
- Copy the
.zwofile in. - Restart Zwift → Training → Custom Workouts.
MyWhoosh has no local workout folder — upload through the official Workout Builder.
- Download the
.zwofile. - Open workout.mywhoosh.com and sign in with your MyWhoosh account.
- Upload the
.zwo; it is parsed into an editable preview. - Press Export to MyWhoosh.
- The workout appears in the MyWorkout folder in the app.
No subscription, no plugins — upload on the Dashboard and it syncs to the unit.
- Download the
.zwoor.fitfile. - Sign in at dashboard.hammerhead.io and select Workouts.
- Click Add Workout and drag the file into the dialog.
- The workout syncs the next time your Karoo is online (opening the Companion App speeds this up).
- On the Karoo: Apps → Workouts → select → Follow Workout → press play in the Ride screen.
Copy the FIT workout straight onto the unit over USB — no subscription or third-party service needed.
- Download the
.fitworkout file. - Connect the Garmin device by USB; it mounts as a drive.
- Copy the
.fitfile intoGarmin/NewFiles/. - Eject and unplug — the device files it into your workout list automatically.
- On the device: Training → Workouts → select and start.
These brands currently offer no free file-import path, but each app has a built-in workout editor you can re-enter the workout into.
- Keep the workout builder open for reference (durations and %FTP targets).
- Bryton: Bryton Active app → Training → create workout.
- iGPSPORT: create the workout in the app's training section, then sync.
- Magene: OnelapFit app → workout editor → sync.
- Sync to the head unit and ride.
These indoor platforms also accept .zwo files.
- ROUVY: upload the
.zwoin the custom workouts area of the web portal. - TrainingPeaks Virtual: drop into
Documents\TPVirtual\workouts(ZWO / ERG / MRC). - FulGaz: import in the custom workout section of the app or website.
