Sublimation is the most mainstream and most suitable printing technology for custom cycling jerseys. The principle involves using special sublimation ink, which under high temperature (approximately 200°C) and pressure, transitions directly from solid to gas (sublimation), penetrating into the molecular structure of polyester fibers. After cooling, the ink gas re-condenses inside the fibers, forming a permanent bond with the fabric.

Extremely High Wash Fastness: Ink inside the fibers will not peel off due to washing or abrasion. After more than 100 wash tests, color fading is typically within 5%. When the jersey fabric wears out to the point of needing replacement, the print is usually still intact.
