What Is Pedaling Efficiency?
Pedaling efficiency refers to the ability to effectively output power at every position throughout the full 360° pedal stroke. Riders with low efficiency typically produce very little force near the “top dead center” (12 o’clock) and “bottom dead center” (6 o’clock), effectively wasting a large amount of energy.
