  • Central: Dongfeng Bikeway connecting to Houfeng Bikeway (50 km, entirely car‑free)

  • East: Hualien Coastal Highway 11 toward Taitung (windy; plan for headwind/tailwind)

Heart Rate Drift Monitoring: Judging Z2 Quality
