- Don’t let “not training enough” anxiety push you into Build early during Base: The low intensity of the base phase may look like “wasted time,” but it actually stores energy for high-intensity training. - Align with your life rhythm: Taiwanese office workers may have annual leave in summer (July–August), which can be used for a “training camp” style Build phase intensification. Late in the year (December) is busy, making it suitable as a low-volume starting period for the Base phase.
