Why Do You Need Test Sessions?

  3. Stay level-headed when test results are disappointing: A single test is influenced by multiple factors; focus on the trend across 3–6 tests rather than one result.
  4. Make the CSS test a fixed habit, conducting every test under identical conditions so the data remains comparable.
  5. Share test results with your coach or training partners; an external perspective helps interpret data more accurately and adjust training direction.
