WTO stands for Wind Tunnel Optimized. The Bora Ultra WTO is Campagnolo’s flagship wheel, equipped with USB (Ultra Smooth Bearing) ceramic bearings and the CULT bearing system. CULT Bearing System

CULT (Ceramic Ultimate Level Technology) is the bearing technology Campagnolo takes great pride in.
