A 15.28 km high-mountain climb with about 671 m of accumulated ascent on the ordinary G318 national road. Pace conservatively for altitude, fog, trucks and rapidly changing weather. The route ends outside the east tunnel portal: stop in a safe place and return the same way. Never ride into the long tunnel. Check current winter, landslide and traffic controls before departure.
