Rushing to see results in three weeks is often the beginning of injury and giving up.
Q: Will Tabata make women bulky?
A: No. Tabata is cardiovascular and anaerobic training, not heavy-load muscle-building training, and the hormonal profile of most women doesn’t readily support significant muscle gain anyway. What it’s more likely to bring is better cardiovascular fitness and firmer muscle tone—there’s no need to worry about “getting bulky.” This is a myth I get asked about frequently, yet it’s almost never a real concern.
