Part 4: Strength Integration Training (10 minutes)

1. Bulgarian Split Squat (8 reps x 3 sets per side)

  • Place the rear foot on a bench approximately knee height
  • Step the front foot forward a large step
  • Lower slowly until the rear knee approaches the ground
