  1. Lower the saddle height (adjust no more than 3mm at a time)
  2. Maintain ankle angle during the pedal stroke (avoid excessive plantarflexion)

Pedaling Technique

Knee Alignment:

  • When pedaling, the knee should align with the direction of the second toe
  • The knee should not cave inward (Valgus) or bow outward (Varus)

Ankle Angle:
