Why Wuling Requires Breathing Research
From Puli to the summit of Wuling, the elevation rises 2,800m, and the partial pressure of oxygen drops by about 22%. Why Exhalation Matters More Than Inhalation

- Active exhalation activates the transversus abdominis (core stability)
- During exhalation, the diaphragm returns to its resting position, allowing the next inhalation to be deeper
