  2. Keep high-carb quick foods on hand: Bananas, sweet potatoes, and steamed buns within reach so you can top up anytime on high-training days.
  3. Don’t “reward yourself with a big meal” on rest days: Instead, eat well on training days and adjust moderately on rest days.
  4. Start by practicing with a two-week training cycle: No need to calculate every day—first distinguish between “high-training days” and “low-training days” as two dietary patterns, then gradually build the periodization habit.
