Taking two AI camera devices on a quick flight to Kinmen, this is a road bike island-hopping journey blending wartime scenery and island beauty. After an early morning taste of authentic Kinmen salty congee for fuel, we ride against the wind across the spectacular Kinmen Bridge to Little Kinmen, exploring hidden gems like Bada Tower and the scenic seaside boardwalk at Shaxi Fort.
