  • Final stretch of an Enduro stage: You can still maintain technical precision even when the whole body is fatigued

  • Schedule core training after your riding sessions to avoid compromising ride performance
  • Use spare moments: do Dead Bugs during TV commercials, Single-leg Balance while waiting for the bus
  • The late rehabilitation phase after an injury is also a great time for core training—turn your recovery period into a core-strengthening period
