  2. Choose the right size: If the size of compression garments is wrong, the effect is greatly diminished. You should not experience numbness or skin indentations when wearing them
  3. No need to wear them mid-training: Wearing them during training is less effective than wearing them after training; if they are uncomfortable while running, you can change into them after finishing
  4. Wear them during long travel to races: Wearing compression socks during pre-race travel helps reduce leg fatigue
  5. If budget is limited, prioritize compression calf sleeves: They are cheaper than full compression tights and are highly targeted at calf soreness, the most common issue among Taiwanese runners
