  5. Progression: Increase the hold time to 30 seconds

  3. Cat-Cow:
    On all fours, focus on flexion and extension through the thoracic segment. 10 reps x 3 sets.

Stretching Exercises

  1. Upper Trapezius Stretch:
    Seated, grasp the edge of the chair with one hand, side-bend the head to the opposite side, and gently press with the opposite hand to deepen the stretch. Hold for 30 seconds, 3 times per side.
