The Shoulder Is a Swimmer’s Engine, and Its Most Fragile Part

For triathletes and long-distance swimmers who swim 3–5 times a week, this is not a question of “if” but “when”—unless you take proactive measures.

- Pectoralis minor and major stretch: Doorway stretch, 30 seconds ×3 each.
