Anterior knee pain (below the kneecap):
Hypothesis A: Saddle too low
Hypothesis B: Sudden increase in training volume
Hypothesis C: Cadence too low (too much force-based pedaling)

Hypothesis B: Weak gluteus medius (insufficient pelvic stability)
