  3. Integrate with school lunches: Prioritize a balanced combination of meat + rice + vegetables, and avoid replacing a full meal with noodles or bread
  4. Consult a sports dietitian: Sports nutrition consultation services are already available at major sports centers or university-affiliated clinics in Taiwan; a single consultation can provide a personalized dietary plan
  5. Don’t rely on protein powder: Protein sources from whole foods are usually sufficient; supplements should not replace regular meals
