  4. Keep Sunday’s intensity conservative: After Saturday’s long ride + Brick, Sunday’s goal is “aerobic stimulation,” not “intensity challenge.” An easy jog or swim is sufficient—don’t crank up Sunday’s intensity just because Saturday felt good.
