Braving a fierce cold front with temperatures at only 10°C and biting sea winds, CT and friends took on the classic northern endurance route "Shuijinjiu Buyan Wufen." Starting from Shuinandong, they passed the stunning Yin-Yang Sea and the winding Romantic Road, climbing against the wind through Jiufen's mountain town all the way to Buyan Pavilion. At the summit, the powerful northeast monsoon made everyone question their life choices, and the riders even pulled out work gloves as a warming lifesaver. They then tackled the steep slopes of Wufen Mountain's weather radar station amidst fog and silvergrass, where a teammate faced a pedal malfunction. After descending, they headed straight to Aben Seafood in Keelung's Heping Island for a steaming seafood feast with squid ink pasta, capping off this freezing yet heartwarming cycling journey full of laughter and emotion.
